If you want us on a client call we join from your domain as your team. If you'd rather we never appear, we never appear.

A signed non-solicit in every partner agreement covering your clients and anyone they introduce us to. Beyond the paperwork, it would end our business. Partner agencies are the only channel we sell through, and one story about a studio that poached a client travels faster than any case study we could publish.

Yes. That's the arrangement. We only show a project publicly when the owner has explicitly cleared it, which is why four case studies are on our site and the rest of our work isn't.

Yours. Your repo and branch conventions, your design system and Figma file structure, your PM tool if you add us there, your standup if you want us in it. We're not asking you to learn how we work.

Nothing reaches your client without your sign-off. You see every deliverable first, in draft, and we expect you to mark it up. Most partners start us on one contained piece of work before putting a flagship account in front of us, and we'd rather you did that than take our word for it.

Yes. Roughly 35% of our work is dev-only from a partner's Figma. Design-only handoffs to your engineers work the same way. You don't have to buy the whole stack to use us.

Send it to us as one consolidated set per round rather than as it arrives. We'll flag anything that contradicts an earlier decision or pushes past agreed scope before we build it, so you get the "this is a change order" conversation from us privately instead of discovering it at invoice time.

Two rounds are priced into every project, and direction changes in the first round cost nothing because that's what the first round is for. If we've genuinely misread the brief, we redo it on our time. If the brief itself changed, we'll tell you what it costs before we start, not after.

We run 3 projects concurrently and we'll tell you no when we're full rather than take the work and slip. If you need reliable throughput, a retainer reserves capacity in advance so you can sell against it.

Two of us are across every project from kickoff, and you hold repo and Figma access throughout. Handover documentation gets written as we go rather than at the end, so continuity doesn't depend on anyone's memory.

Yes. Tell us the shape and the likely start date and we'll hold a slot for a week at no cost. We'd rather know a month early than get a Friday message asking if we're free Monday.

Flat per project or a monthly retainer, quoted in full before anything starts, with no hourly billing and no line item for small tweaks. We invoice you, never your client, and what you charge on top is yours. Partners typically run 2.5X.

We sign your NDA and your MSA rather than pushing our paperwork on you. All IP assigns to you on final payment, including source files, code, and design assets. We keep no license to reuse any of it.

You pay for the milestone in progress and nothing beyond it. We hand over everything built to that point, documented, so if the project restarts in six months you're not paying twice.
